Epsxe Gameplay movies and GT2

Is there any way to record Epsxe gameplay movies? Also, does anybody know how I can get the mivies in Gran Turismo 2 to work correctly. They are aways really jumpy and run at about 7 FPS.

Win XP Sevrvice pack 1
2Ghz. AMD Athalon XP
GeForce Mx 400 64MB
512 MB of RAM (Can't remember what speed...)
nVidia nForce Sound Card

The PEOPs soft plugin can record movies. The MDECs will play better if you are running hte game from an ISO

Thank you, the ISO part worked fine, I just can't get the plugin to work it does not show up in epsxe.

Nevermind, I just downloaded the program ScreenGet and did it that way.

The Soft plugin is the only one to record, dammit.
Too slow.
