cant get pec to work

ok, i put in the cheats for ff7, i made sure the .dll file was in the plugins folder, i made sure i clicked "send to emulator" and when i went to go set it as my video, its not there... can ne1 help?

Do it the right way...

First configure the plugin, and set it as the GPU.
Put everything as they should be placed in the plugins folder.

Set the environment of PEC to "Act as plugin", Run the emulator, and then activate the cheats.

it wont even see the plugin when i try to set it as the gpu.

when i get to the video config, it sees the pete's plugins, but it doesnt see the pec plugin...

Well Put the plugin in the main ePSXe Directory.
