Help please
Ok, i installed epsxe on my laptop, its a dell inspiron it has:
512 ddr ram 2.66 ghz P4 processor 40 gig hd 32 mb ATI mobility radeon card. im also running windows xp home edition I cant seem to get the epsxe to read my ps discs... i put in FF7 and it just loads a black screen and does nothing but spin up and stop. Can someone help me please. |

There shouldn't be any problems there. How do you have them configured.
...and by CDR, I meant the CDR plugin.

Do you get anything when you run you run the bios on its own? Honestly, that plugin configuration should work pretty well right out of the box. So, we'll have to try some things to track down the problem.

Hah..that's due to you selecting the "Fast" configuration. It actually turns off FPS limiting.
You'll want to re-check that. There also shouldn't be any problem turning up a lot of the settings. You have a fairly decent machine.

well. try Pete's D3D plugin (im not sure if you should use Dx6 or DX7....)...well anyway try these settings:
