Need help with settings please

Hi all just started using ePSXe emulator
and im having some speed porblems

here my specs:

AMD Thunderbird 2000+
Gigabyte mb
DDR233 256mb ram
Geforce 2 pro 64mb

would any1 help me to give the best settings?

I have a problem with the speed, all the movies and fights in Final Fantasy 9 run super fast and the walking around in the world map goes jumpy

enable fps limit and set it to 60
