Analog Controller Issue
Hey, been a while since ive been here, but i thought id give my emulator a whirl. Downloaded all the updated kit.
epsxe 1.60, new petegpu, petecd, eternal spu etc for some reason the new version of epsxe wont use analog, i use a psx controller via usb, on the old versions 1.5.0 and 1.5.2 i could use the analog button fine. ive set the controller to digital/analog as usual and mapped the keys, but for some reason the emulator wants to use the dpad as analog, hence, turning the analog button off means you have no control at all. this is wierd as i use it for games like tony hawk 4 on my pc and the button works fine, but this new version seems to not like it. i did search but noone seems to have made a thread with this issue. i cant see an option to change the input plugin, or id try that

same problem for me, no amount of f5 or f4ing will make epsxe recognize my analog stick =(
searched, read a god awful amount of posts on this issue, and either half or them werent asnwered, or they just say hit f5, lol. downloaded ePSXE gamepad configuerer (GPC.exe) recognizes all my buttons + my sticks fine, load the game, nada. gotta hit f4 once to get it to recognize my pad at all, no matter what sticks dont work =( using a Interact Axispad that ive had forever, b/c its basically just a USB PSX controller. i remember i got it working ages ago when i used to frequent these forums, but since installing the emu again, and getting back into playing PSX i cant remember how +(
