Incorrect BIOS?

HI:

I just started using epsxe and i cant seem to play any games because when i do it comes up with a black screen wich then goes to an error box that says :gpupeteopengl2: "Missing Render-texture extension!" then after that another error box comes up that says :PeteOpengl2: "No Pixel Format Available". Then Finally after that another error box comes up that says :Epsex: "This programme has perfomed an illegal operation and will be shut down." Then it leaves my comp screen in 800x600 pixels wich i dont like cause i usually keep it on 1024x786. I hope this isent too much of a newb question for no one to answer but im also new to this forum and my navigation is crap. Thanks for your time any help at all would be greatly appreciated (Must play Xenogears, just got it :P).

Re: Incorrect BIOS?

Try using Pete's OpenGL1.x plugin rather than the 2.x one.

Re: Incorrect BIOS?

you also need to put the "shaders" folder in your plugins folder.

but overall i recommend OGL1, like komugi has said
