Bought a PS2 control but it won't work!

I have now bought a PS2 control and an USB converter so I can play my favourite PS1 games with the true feeling. But wich plug-in should I use? I cant find any cuz i do not know wich to find, please help me... it would really mean a lot to me..

ePSXe currently doesn't support pad plugin...you have to stick with the internal pad plugins, it works fine.

What do you mean? Are you saying I cannot play with this handcontroller? Or what?

It should work fine. Many ppl here use the psx->usb adapters but sometimes they are a pain in the but to get to work properly. Try configuring it in epsxe and if it doesn't recognize any button inputs from the controller then try reinstalling the adapter drivers.

But it does recognizes the buttons... I can set up the controller and change the buttons and so... but they do not work in-game.

What game are you trying to play and how do you setup the buttons, is it digital/analog?

If you use that and playing older games you might have to press F5 when the game is running because older game do not regconize dual shock.

I Chosed Digital Only...
I have tried with FF1, 6, 9

Have you tried with pc games or other emulators?
