Is there any support for the super dual box in linux ??

I have installed Red Hat 9 and Windows XP. I'm a newbie with linux, so I haven't tried to install it yet...But I want to know if it's possible. If not, do you know if there is a project for doing it ?? Thanks in advance (excuse for my english).

by all means DON'T install linux, it'll waste 2 precious hours installing it and a couple of precious gigs of harddisk space

So, finally I've checked it myself. And i see the super dual box is HID compatible, so having the hotplug module running, it loaded the hid usb module, and...perfect i must to say. It works well , so thanks after all...

he didn't asked for opinions about Linux, but help w/ Linux, so if u can't help it, why posting?

Anyway, as Reztho wrote, the Super Dual Box is HID compatible, so all u need is the usb/hid/joydev module On the other hand, I'm trying the I-Force driver (which let I-Force compatible devices rumbling on Linux), but ATM I haven't had success yet.

Btw, I'm sorry for my late in answering, I was on holidays and the sea was so beautiful

Thx, bye

Just another question: can u try my padNeGcon plugin and tell me how it works? As I need some feedbacks about the plugin and in the near future also some testers...

Thx, bye

You are sooooooo lame. Let him try for himself! Some people like Linux, others don't.

Super Dual Box in linux

Well, I've tried and so far failed. Running Debian Sid, 2.6.6 kernel, and it is recognized as a HID joystick, and resides at /dev/input/js1 on my system, but nothing I've done seems to get it working.

If anyone has made any progress, let me know
