FFIX crash

heres my problem, i am at the second disc in treno mission to get supersoft, i am at the part when i am about to recieve the supersoft from dr tot at his tower. when i go in and after a little bit of talk, when u see marcus show up at the stairs, the game crashes leaving me the dos window. here's my mem card if anyone could get past the tower part and save.

I remember in other site of games forum, a guy asking for help with his game and he explain his problems briefly but everyone get :confused: sign in their head, you know why? This guy forget to tell the name of the game,Mwahahahahaha!!!!
