EPSXE crashes on attempts to setup anything in the config
EPSXE will crash on any attempt to configure anything, in the config menu, and it won't run anything if it's not configured. I get the following error:
This application has failed to start because WNASPI32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. my original guess was my Video Card (yes it's old), but then i remember that it was working before. (i got the NIMDA... yes ouch). so this is a fresh installation, with all the lastest WinUpdates. any suggestions, info, or help is greatly appreciated.

THANK YOU very much guys, it worked like a charm, now i've got a few more issues, but some of which i know i can fix (that's the best part ya know) but for some reason, my machine hangs on the Config Section for a few seconds, is that normal
I.E. if i click on video it'll hang for a bout 5-10 seconds then it'll go into the menu? any ideas? i'm running an XP 2100+ at 1.73 ghz (oc'd to 1.8ghz of course) with 256 megs on XP PRO with the Voodoo 3 2000 (once again, ouch)

1. Petes DX6 D3D Driver 1.68 (lewpy's won't work for me)
2. Nope no compatibility active on my machine. Hmm. it's not like it's hindering my use of the app, it's just annoying.
