about Pete GL

I deleted the files in plugins carelessly, then I found that there is nothing in "config video" and the emulator did not work. So I download a file call gpuPeopsSoft.dll from some website and the emulator worked again. However, the quality because much worse. What can I do now? Where can I find a better file back? Thank you.

Download the Plugins pack, or go to Pete's to get the plugins you want:

Alvin, follow Shiori's advice and you'll be fine. Make sure that you get the vers. 1.68 plugins from Pete's web site. These are the latest.
The reason that your graphics seemed to become worse w/gpuPeopsSoft.dll is because PeopsSoft GPU is a software GPU. That means that it does not to hardware acceleration from your video card. Since it is a software GPU, it means that you get the same graphics that you would get on a real PSX. With Pete's other plugins (OGL and D3D) you get hardware acceleration and enhanced graphics. That is why the graphics look so much better w/those plugins.
sincerely,
sx/amiga

It makes more sense to grab it straight from the God of Plugins, don't you think so?

But on NGE there aren`t only Pete`s & Peops GPU Plugin, don't you think so?

edit: maybe Nikk`s, Lewpy`s, Kazzuyas`s GPU Plugs aren`t so good/fast as Pete`s & Peops but they are worth of try.
