Hey, I have a problem with ePSXe. When i open it, I get an error box that says..
-Conagent.exe- Properties for this program cannot be verified. The APPS.INF file is missing. Copy the APPS.INF file from your Windows Setup disks into your Windows INF folder. and then when i go to load my PSX CD, the box is black and i have to Atl+Ctrl+Delete it just to get it off, and in the ePSXe box thing, it said... "Error reading CD: 0,2,16 Error reading CD: 0,2,0" I dont know what to do... Has anybody ever had this problem? If so did you fix it? and if you did please tell me how. Thanks.

Hmm.. it doesn't sound like a problem with ePSXe, but a problem with your Windows...

Yes, that's what I think too, try to do Scanreg, or reinstall Windows

Sounds like you have a background task which is interfering with the running of ePSXe. Ctrl-Alt-Del and stop the program Conagent.exe, then run ePSXe and see what you can do. If you know what Conagent.exe is a part of, then uninstall that.

You can make it a CD at a time when nesecary. >Phoenix Flame, I dont think so.... I think i just have the APPS.INF File missing from windows 98. Copy it back from the CD then. >Killjoy, I aint re installing windows 98 again lol, i have too much good stuff, and i just re formated last month... Doesn't take that much to get 98 reinstalled. >I have the back-up windows 98 disks, But i dont know how to just get certain files from it, I dont wanna reinstall the whole Win98. Does anyone know how to do it? Using the exctract command.

I didnt notice you spelled it wrong.
Anyway, I fixed that problem using "System File Checker" . So i now have the APPS.INF File. I dont get that error message anymore, Although i still have a problem, Im still getting.. "Error reading CD: 0,2,16 Error reading CD: 0,2,0" In the ePSXe log box thing. Does anyone have any ideas what could be cuasing this? ...Kane? Maybe i need to update my CD-ROM Driver...

It works now, I had to configure the CD-Rom thing. lol sorry about that. Well my ePSXe is now Fully working. Thanks to all that gave me some ideas.
But, I need some suggestions on how to get Full Screen, with good resolution for Final Fantasy 7 ? I dont need SUPER sweet graphics that go beyond normal PSX (Although i would love that), i just dont want it to be blurry, Speed may be a factor too, so i'd need a fast working plugin, Can any of you give me some Video Plugins to try? My graphics card is a "Intel(r) 82810E Graphics Controller 5.1" 63.MB RAM on this computer.

I did yeloazndevil, I went to his site and did exactly as it said for that plugin with FF7, It gave me awesome high resolution (Just what i wanted) Except.. It wasn't very stable, and it was either too fast, or too slow, i couldnt get the speed just right.
So, Thanks to kane for the resolution, and thanks to yeloazndevil for telling me to go there =)

>>i have too much good stuff, and i just re formated last month...
there is a software called PartitionMagic which could make you get some time... by installing Windows on one partition (c:\) and the others things in e:\ When you format, just make sure ou make a backup of some Registry keys I formatted last weekend, and still have all my personnal files
