Gui ONLY, no DOS Windows... ?

Can i do that? i just wanna Gui running, without the log or whatever DOS Windows in background!

Whats the problem with the DOS window??? U wont even see it in fullscreen mode. And u can always minimize it.

There's nothing I know that'll do that apart from if you disable the gui.....

I agree tho, why would you want to disable it. It's usefull if there are ever any probs.

BTW, FYI it's a debug window, and has nothing to do with DOS.

The batard frontend lets you disable the console window.

Wasn't there a hacked version that enables skinning in WinXP and disables the dos window?

The DOS windows is VERY usefull when a unexpected prob appears during the game... I just can't play without it, except if
the next version uses a log file

I know you are asking about ePSXe, but i just wanted to say that PCSX (another psx emulator) comes with an option to disable the debug window

I don't find that DOS window useful at all. None of it makes sense to me anyways. Although I have never had a problem with ePSXe before.

No I don't. I only play with the original CD's. Although I haven't played that many games with ePSXe.

Yeah! THe chances to have problems are lower with 3 or 4 games than
with 40-50

The console window is quite useful, particulary if you want to confirm that some actions have been actually done, like confirming if a savestate has been done or such.
