Post ePsxE Problems

I got ePsxE to work with all the games I wanted to thanks to the people on this forum. Thank You! But my friend who doesn't have the internet got a copy of ePsxE from me and it won't work. The problem starts when ePsxE says it detected an NTSC cd-rom. It does this when running the games off of the cd-rom and when running the games from ISO's. The games in question are Legend of Legaia and Final Fantasy IX. Both games are NTSC bought in the U.S. Please help if you can....

I gave him the zip I downloaded. And all my plug-ins. He has a 450 with a GeForce 2 MX.
