Unhappy Tomba?

I got a new game today (Tomba!) When i try to run it in ePSXe, it shows nothing but a black screen. What i want to know is, is tomba compatible? I looked on the compat list but there's nothing. If not, how can i make VGS work with a .nrg file? Thanks.

Tomba is does run under epsxe. However, if you have .nrg as an iso, then epsxe won't be able to run since the epsxe has some problems using the internal iso function. So try to use Daemon tool to mount the .nrg file onto a virtual CDROm and run it from there. Or you can burn the nrg file onto a CD using Nero, then use either CloneCD or CDRwin later to make an iso off that CD again. If you do it this way, then the iso will work under epsxe.

err, now that you mention it, i don't remember if it was TombI or TombA @_@ the game we're talking about is about some prehistoric-looking guy with right-in-your-face hair and a big club, ne?
