As far as I concern, my answer is no. No for the time being, I think. Maybe the ePSXe team can consider to make the Online version of ePSXe.

YES
You can play ePSXe in the network
and over the internet - just use the
CYBERPAD Network Plugin with your
ePSXe, but you must have fast
connection - at least 256KB/s

2 download CYBERPAD Click
HERE
& configure it in Config>Netplay Menu

The Cyberpad plugin is also picky about plugin settings. I believe you and the person you play with both need to use very similar if not identical plugin versions and settings. Don't expect it to be easy.

Just make sure your game versions are the same, the cdr plugins are the same, and spu and sound settings are the same.. It's not too hard once you get it down.. Just tell the person who joins your host your config and tell him to config to your settings.. It's also better to set your configuration of epsxe and it's plugins to the fastest possible since not everyone is gonna have a high end comp..

And You & other person
should have the same
BIOS FILES

And case of game versions:
1) NTSC & PAL
2) 1.0 & 1.1
3) German & French (bouth PAL)
versions will not work together
