Vibration not working; tried everything

I have a Logitech Wingman Rumble Wireless on Windows 2000Prof. I've looked at every thread in this entire forum.

I've installed the software, the controller works in games, but the rumble doesn't. I have digital/analog selected, directx/constant/sine respectively. Ive downloaded burutter and selected that, that didn't work. I've enabled it in the games, and hit F4 and F5 a million times each. What else can I do? Is there something I'm doing wrong (I am hitting the rumble button on the controller every now and then to make sure that isn't the problem).

Which games are u trying to run in epsxe?? Some games don't work with vibration very well under epsxe(e.g. MGS) so if you are running those games, you are out of luck. Just wait for next releases.

It works for me when I play medieval 2, Final Fantasy 9, Breath of fire4. Some games like spyro 2 doesn't work yet.
