sigh, more problems with backups...
ok, i really hate this...I used to have no trouble creating backups with my PSX games but now, i can't. I dunno why. ok, Syphon Filter 2, disk 1, DOES NOT WORK! I burned it, its burned, i know its working, but for some stupid reason it won't work. i used CDRwin the first time, and whenever i went to use the CD in ePSXe it would just freeze the emulator. the origional CD does work though. I've tried ISObuster which never works even with the tutorial, I've tried Blindwrite that doesn't freeze the emulator but in the table of info it says Error reading CD, 17, 7, 70. What does that mean? can you please help
.

Why dont you try using an ISO file? I have Syphon filter 2 and am using it via an ISO file that I created using Isobuster. It works fine, no problems yet. I find it quite easy creating ISO's using Isobuster. All you do is rightclick on the actual CD in the tree index on the left, then go to "Extract CD >image<" then select "RAW (*.bin *.iso)" And there you have it an ISO file thats works and will also make the load times much faster and smoother, seeing there is no need to acess the CDROM all the time.

actually don't close this, it turns out that the game isn't the problem, as i thought it burnt fine, but for some reason won't load into ePSXe, I needed to make a save state with the original game. I also had to do this for SF3, wonder why. Anyone else have this problem?
