ePSXe GamePad Plugin Problem

Well, I looking for someone who have this problem and know how to fix this...
The problem is that i have a USB digital Gamepad (An Interact sv-253) and i have it working right with ePSXe 1.5.0 and below. but once i upgraded to ePSXe 1.5.2 my game pad ceased to work properly, in example, it only acept up and left, nothing else, it's a weard problem i know.
I've tryied re-instaling the older versions, but the problem continues, i have erased EpsxE ENTIRELY!(Including from the Windows Reg.) and nothing happens, even i downloaded ePSXe again, in case that my files are corrupt in some way, but it didn't fix this.
Another thing, the pad works great with anything else, exept with ePSEe.
