For some reason every time I try to start a game I get this...
EPSXE has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. It never tells you why...it just gives you a bunch of numbers. If you can help me by telling me some reasons why this keeps happening..please reply. thanx

Well, if you posted the error message instead of that silly picture then maybe we could've figured the problem out sooner.

But then again he said it happens "every time"...so i'm thinking this might be a software conflict, or you overclocked your computer.

Shiori is right.Epsxe doesnt go well with overclocked machines.
Anyway it can also be due to the plugins(it would be better to post about them) or direct x conflicts or may be a bad window installation.

Press details and tell us what epsxe has caused the illegal operation in. Eg if its directinput it means you need to reinstall directX (probably best to try this anyways)

Dragon Ball GT should work prefectly under epsxe 1.52.(both NTSC and PAL) Are you running the game under a CD or iso? Maybe your CD is scratched.

DBGT Final Bout works. Try running it from an ISO. It shouldn't be that big.

Use VGS then. It's going to be blocky as hell, but that's the penalty you pay for using a low-end compooter.
