Question Bloody Roar 2 and Driver 2 choppy

Both Bloody Roar 2 and Driver 2 run choppy on ePSXe. The CDs are scratch free and run fine on my real playstation. I tried messing with the GPU plugin settings in Pete's D3d 1.61 and OGL 1.61.

Config:

ePSXe 1.5.2
Pete's OGL 1.6.1
Full screen mode
800 x 600 32bit color depth
Texture Quality: 8
Texture Filtering: 0
GFX Card VRAM Size: 0
Smart Texture Garbage Collection: on
FPS Limit: on, autodetect
Offscreen drawing: 0
Framebuffer textures: 0
Alpha Multipass, Mask bit and Advanced Blending: On
Scanlines: on

Pete's DSound Audio Driver 1.14
ePSXe CDR ASPI core 1.5.2.

System Specs:

AMD Duron 950mhz
320 MB RAM
ATI Rage Fury Pro 32MB
On Board Sound
Windows 98se

You're cd drive might not be reading the data at a sufficent rate. Try running from an iso.
