problem: split screen movies

I recently changed my video card to a diamond viper 2 32mb card. Now when I run epsxe 1.51 all game movies (opening and ingame) now play on a split screen. The left side of the screen is moved almost to the center and the right side overlaps to the left side of the screen. I tried all the plugins and nothing seems to work.
can anybody help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

160mb ram
Diamond Viper 2 32mb

Try to post a screenshot.
Try update your video card driver as well.
