No one is answering this so I will use my experience to answer this.
Why not? The dance pad is either digital or analog and should be set up easily. If you can set up a mouse with it, why not a dance pad? |

I think there is... there is a thread in game discussion but the only thing is that they are (the people with the pad) are residing in korea. try browsing it

It was talked about in that thread of a program called kiu (Kick it up) it's not really a emulator, but there were a friend of mine that have tried to make a dance pad, there's DDR pad for psx someone should work on it, to pc and emus to support it
