Xenogears SLOWWWWW!!!
I'm playing Xenogears and everything is all slow. I've changed the settings a lot of times but it still is slow. The only time it is fast is when all the pictures is outlined in blue and the text are not appearing and every picture is black but yet outlined in blue.
This is an image of a game though but I have tried it with a CD too and it still is slow. So people can you send me your settings so I can test them out to see if it is fast? Please! I need as many settings as I can get. from what i can see, if you are using your cdrom to play Xenogears, this might be the cause of the slowdown. try to play in an iso. |

Set offscreen drawing to 2, turn off mask bit, play from an ISO and upgrade your GFX card driver.

I have a p2 400 geforce 2mx400 and everything works just fine. I'm getting 100fps nonskip.
Why don't you try a software plugin. If that helps, then perhaps the problem is due to a faulty driver.

the only answer is...
1. make an ISO 2. use petes OPENGL 3. if its still slow use petes D3D that will boost up speed a little (depends on your card) 4. still slow use peops (BAD FOR 3d!!!)
