i am one that cant play we2002
i wonder can anyone that can play we2002,
pls send me your savestates that are after the adidas screen?
can it skip the protection problem?

You must use SCPH5000.bin or SCPH7000.bin
It's a zonal protection

Force NTSC in country settings.

If it still doesn't work, you'll have to get yourself an SCPH-3500.
