Question Gran Tourismo2,ePSXe WingMan Rumblepad Prob

Hi!

I've got a Problem with emulating Gran Tourismo2.
The Prob is when I start the Game i can use all directional Buttons (Wingman Rumblepad,Analog & Digital). But when the race itself starts only the X,Y,Start, etc. Buttons are working, but the directional Buttons won't respond. This Problem only occours under Win2000 Pro.
Under Win98 everything works fine
Would be great if anyone could tell me how to fix this Problem.

Same pad here (although XP) Don't use the drivers included with 2k for the pad. Download the latest ones.

Lightbulb Got it!

Hmm wasn't the drivers fault.
I only had to switch Input to Digital only and config the Pad with the digital directional Buttons.
Then both,analog & digital,were working fine.

Is your Rumblepad doing Force-Feedback?
Mine won't do it. Not with DirectX and not with Burutter

Yes. Here's a screenshot of the config.

ps this is an old screenshot from V1.4.0 however the important settings that are ringed have not changed.

you may also need to change the following pad settings in windows itself.

THX for your Help.
But it still won't do Force Feedback. It only works when setting the Pad to Digital/Analog. When I do this the Directional Buttons doesn't work and when I switch to Digital the Force Feedback doesn't work.

I wonder why it works fine under Win98 but won't under Win2000.
The Drivers for my Rumblepad are the newest available.
