best config

can anyone help me with my config. It gets slow when i go into battle in chrono cross and ff9.
I have a
p4 1.4ghz
nvidia geforce2 mx 32 mbs
40gb hardrive
128 mbs rd ram

personally i didnt really mind it that much, but use the seaech function to search for threads with this topic in the epsxe discussion section

try running the game off an iso...

A fast computer like you have shouldn't have such slowdown problem. I agree with Evil Squall, use an ISO or if you don't like ISO, try on other CD-ROM drive(s) with DMA turned on
