Thunk and question

Hello, I just downloaded ePSXe, got the plugins and bios, but I have a problem. When setting up the plugins I keep getting a thunk error. I did see this is a faq list, but I can't remember where it was. the only other thing I can remember right now is 32>16. What causes it, and how can I fix it?
