FF9 FMV Problem?

I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem, in disc 3 in the fmv where dagger is about to cut her hair, the fmv stops and the game resumes on the deck on the Hilde Garde 3. I tried using Psmplay to view the fmv and it shows the whole scene. I'm using pete's opengl 1.58, eternal spu plugin 1.2,Pete's CDR ASPI/IOCTL Driver 1.9. I tried running the game from both the cd and an iso file and both have the same problem. hope someone can help me out.
