Record ePSXe games

Is there any way to record gameplay video on ePSXe?

I have tried Fraps, it was laggy (except minimun graphic settings althought I have dual core processor and 3gb ram).
I tried Camtasia Studio too, it was even more laggy. Finally I tried some "Darkman's" plugin but it crashes all the time.

i would suggest camstudio
here's the link: http://www.camstudio.org/CamStudio20.exe
you can set regions and stuff so it'll be perfect for recording just the "ePSXe" window.
let me know if this helped XD

Fraps is the best i used try setting the frames for recording higher or the same as the FPS fraps reports when playing, btw what gpu board do you have ? (PS: peops plugin can record as well though if i remember correctly i don't think it also record's sound).
