After a fresh install of windows.

I just switched my computer from Ubuntu to Windows SP3 yesterday and for some reason I can't get ePSXe to work. I've run windows update all the way and got DirectX but idk what else I need. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get it working?

Do you get any error message in particular?
Did you configure the plugins properly?
Does at least the BIOS run?
