Problems when configuring under Win2K & XP

Every time I try to configure a plug-in under Windows 2000 or Windows XP I get the following message:
"The procedure entry point SMapLS_IP_EBP_20 could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll."
But then the configuration screen appears anyway, but I'm not sure if the configuration is being saved or not. Everything is running very slow. I am running the following:
AMD 1.2GHz Athlon
256MB RAM
ATI RAdeon 64MB DDR video card (latest drivers are installed)
SB Live Value sound card (latest drivers are installed.)
Windows XP and Windows 2000 with DirectX 8.1
ePSXe 1.4

Anyone else have this problem. Is it something I can just ignore?

It's safe to ignore this, but if you want the message to disappear all you need to do is install ForceAspi. Do a search in the boards if you need more info, it's a fairly common question.
