ePSXe Privacy policy help

Hey guys I really was not sure where to post this. Fact is I am starting a website. And not just a little "Freewebs" site so to speak a real site. The goal aspect is going to be freeware gaming for the PC. Now I know a whole lot of you are going to be insulted by this but yes we will be hosting emulators. ePSXe is no doubt the best PSX emulator out there and we would love to host it on our site. Only problem is is that I can't find anything even in their readme saying if your allowed to redistribute it in anyway. Now keep in mind we would be giving the same package that the ePSXe team provides on their site. Also My site is not just an emulation site. It's about freeware PC Gaming rember so we would have well freeware games as well so it's all about having the best software in one place. We are going to have a support fourum and a great communtty. It will be part of the "Gamezspase Network" for those of you who know of it. It focosus on the "Frwweware and hacking side of consoles and they put me in charge of the PC part. Any help would be great. And for those who got lost in my rant my question was the foillowing:

Can I host ePSXe on my own website or do they have a copyright on it or something?

Thanks again and i'll see you guysa around.

Well you can always visit ePSXe web-site and ask the real owners (developers/coders).

i do believe that as long as you provide an unmodified archive (that being the same one available from the epsxe site) then its ok.... how ever some may question why the plugins aren't included....

they sometimes post in this section under those same screen names so you can try PMing them if you want.

Unmodified archives are entirely ok (as long as no bios files are included. zlib can be slipped in 100% fine)

Other than the proprietary source, the rest is pretty much redistribution-unrestricted (same with miroring)

And a last thing you can do, is provide a link to the ePSXe web-site for the full credits go to'em.
