1.73? you might want to use 1.76 which is the most recent version, you can get that here. before i jump into setting suggestions, can you also tell me what video card you have on your system, what game fixes you have enabled in that setup you posted, and if you are playing the game from an image. if you are playing from an image can you tell me what format you made it in?
in addition to all that, i take it by "aust" as your location you mean australia or austria, which either way would mean you must be using a PAL version, so your FPS limit needs to be set to 50, not 53.

ok in that case these are the settings i used for petes d3d plugin but they work just as well in the OGL1 plugin-
Plugin: Pete's DX6 D3D Driver 1.1.76 Author: Pete Bernert GFX card: NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900 GS Resolution/Color: - 1920x1200 Fullscreen - [32 Bit] (ignore my res. setting) Textures: - R8G8A8A8 - Filtering: 4 - Hi-Res textures: 0 - VRam size: 0 MBytes Framerate: - FPS limit: on - Frame skipping: off - FPS limit: Auto (set to 50) Compatibility: - Offscreen drawing: 3 - Framebuffer texture: 3 - Framebuffer access: 4 - Alpha multipass: on - Mask bit: on - Advanced blending: hardware Misc: - Scanlines: off [0] - Unfiltered FB: off - Dithering: off - Screen smoothing: on (optional) - Full vram: on - Game fixes: off [00000000] unless there is a game-specific fix you see, leave this area alone) btw you can use the OGL2 plugin with your system which is the most visual enhancement capable plugin out there. if you are intrested in that sort of thing that is.
