need help and guidance

i just downloaded this ePSXe emulater off of emuparadise.org,but it didnt come with any of the plug-ins and all that other stuff.im new when it comes to emulater stuff,so i dont really know.can someone tell me what i need?thanks in advance

Heres where you can obtain plugins, as for the BIOS files, you'll have to dump them from a PS1 console, heres a guide on how to do it, hope it helps

aww man.i dont even have my own computer,i come to the library,so i wont be able to do this crap.is this the only way to get this stuff?couldnt someone e-mail it to me or something?

raemnant, you have posted a known rom site in your thread starter, you should try to stick to legit sites when downloading emulators.

Furthermore, i'm sure a library would not appreciate you trying to use their computers to play emulated games. That's your choice, but i would advise against it.
