Probably a stupid question, but...

...what settings/hardware issues am I having to get scenes like in the pic below?

Honestly, I've seen it only in a few fully 3d games I've been playing but I have no idea what's causing it. I've looked through the help and FAQ and nothing, that I've seen, mentions this. Could someone enlighten me? It's probably either my vid card (an old ATI x300) or a setting I'm using/not using in the graphics plugin. Thanks. >.>

openGL plugin? switch to d3d or software if you are.

figures. you problem was probably being caused by your ATI drivers, which have been below sub-par lately. keep in mind that it isnt your card, its the drivers that cause this issue so provided ATI cleans up their act eventually, you should be able to use openGL based plugins sometime in the distant future.
