I suggest you read the RULES billybobi, Here at NGEMU we do not condone or tolerate piracy ... at all. Consider this a warning.

i apologize razor...i merely suggest using for backup purposes {(personally i have copies of nearly all of the final fantasy series, big fan) i include this Ehrgeiz in the final fantasy family because it contains it 's characters that are in the games} but they are entirely too worse for ware to use on my computer and my ps2 no longer plays them
so sad times for myself as a lover of, possibly the greatest rpg series of all time, final fantasy. the insistance on using said iso's bin's rom's etc. are wholly for the purposes of possessing workable copies of games that i can(personally) no longer play.

We'll as long as you read the rules no worries, just don't let it happen again. I'm not going to get in all the legal mumbo jumble right now, but even if you own the original game and have a physical copy, the only way you can have a legal backup is if you yourself ripped it from that psx CD-rom you own. You can't own the game then download a copy, it's still not legal even though so many think it is. Let's just leave it at that.

Hmm, the Playstation port looks pretty nice. I used to play it a lot in the arcades (hint: Inoba kicks all sorts of ass) back when it rolled out but always avoided the playstation version because of the negative press it got. It looks like the only real valid negative remark was also true for the arcade game: The Final Fantasy characters are poorly balanced and don't fit in.
In the arcade, Tifa was a damned good character but it didn't matter because everyone wanted to play as Cloud as soon as he got unlocked. Those same people ended up suffering the wrath of my Inoba ...the big annoying first character you fight and the character that most people wrote off as worthless. To paraphrase Lucas from The Wizard: "I love Inoba. He's so bad." I'm on the prowl for a cheap copy of this game now so that I can contribute some screenshots

![]() I was really surprised by the smoothness of the graphics, also when I took a look at the single player game, it seemed like it was hires or something, I dunno, it looked different than any other PSX game I've seen before. |

I love this game
I bought it back when it came out new, and it has been a top favorite fighting game of mine for years. And yes, multiplayer is a blast! As for beating the big Beast, I don't remember exactly how to beat it, but I remember stabbing it with swords that maybe you get from knocking down some crates or something...lol...it's kind of blurry(being so long ago), so maybe that isn't even close. If nothing, do a quick search on google and I'm sure you'll find the answer in no time. (I actually have the strategy guide, so thats how I found out how to do it, but it's burried right now so I can't look up the answer myself, sorry )
