this is a screenshot thread, not a tech support thread. if you want help with your config, make your own thread.

It is not a rom, it is an image. You can buy the game (in your local shops, or sites like eBay) and later, make an image of your game using programs like alcohol 120%, magiciso, iso producer.

great first post. hijacking a screenshot thread to ask for warez. extra n00b flavor added by extremely poor spelling. you're banned for a week. in your downtime, read the rules. if you come around asking for warez again, you will be permanently banned.

Nice shots, I like the full strength ones, but the chalk shaders are just like grayscale of the game

Well, the main difference between that and the other greyscale mode is that the outlines are done in white vs. black, and the greyscale is darker to start with.

It's the first version of the shader released with that mode in it, so it might change some in the future if I decide to mess around with it some more.

If you want to see more of the outlines, you can modify the code when it calculates the value of "d". Currently, it's multiplying the value by 0.25, so is only taking 25% of the outline intensity into account. (Code for the shader is available over on Pete's forums).

ive completed all psx ff games on original disks, PAL, on original psx and ps2, personally i dont care about the image quality that much, the storyline is what drags me into the game, and is the reason why im still playing psx/snes/n64 games

The plugin mentioned is OpenGL2...and have you ever heard of Google? If you type the plugin name in, you get Pete's website, from which you can download the plugin.

There are several configs listed in this thread (and even in the first post?!) but if you need extra help, check here.

I´ve a AMD 1700+ pushed up to 2000+
and GF FX5600 /256
and OGL 1.75 gives best Quality the Smothing can make the Hardware (Mipmap trilinear | Antialias 2x or higher)

Plugin: Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.1.75
Author: Pete Bernert
Card vendor: NVIDIA Corporation
GFX card: GeForce FX 5600/AGP/SSE/3DNOW!
Gah, and I hate it when people point out google as a source. I'm not retarded, I've been using google to look for the gpu plugin Erzesel mentioned, but I can't find it. (As a matter of fact I use google to search for everything, and you practically have to google to even find what you need for your emulator, because its illegal for sites to just hand you links. I'm guessing you didn't really take time to understand my post...cuz its so much easier to read the first post and assume that THAT's what I'm referring to.) And looking at the comparison he gave it obviously proves that the one he mentioned is visually superior.

Anyways, I hate to ask for help and then respond back sounding rude, but I hate to be wrongly mistaken for something I'm not. I find that even more rude.

Why so angreeeeeee????
I think that the most users inteligent enough to search for updated plugins and test them with the setings of the old Plugins.
As you wars @Petes site, why dont checkout 1.77?

I can understand Hushy What he write is logical. Many hundrets of user asking for setings on many boards worldwide (so i'm in 3German Boards and at ngemu active)and we are answering hundred and hundred times the same things. Sometimes the siteadresses for Emus and Plugins are changing but Google can find this verry fast. We dont can doe this all the time and edit all the Threads where we are posted.

Since i am posted the Setings (4yrs back) the Plugins and the Emu are updated manytimes, but there no changes of setings.

I'm now at Petes OGL GPU 1.77 and/or Peops OGL 1.78 (same settings over all updates).

the special Nvidia seting are working with my actualy used NV9500 even good as with the NV5600 four yaers ago.
