FSAA/Filtering comparisons.

All right... some information to start this thread with.

Gran Turismo 2 on ePSXe 1.4.0
Pete's D3D plugin 1.53 - 800x600x32bits

For system specs see my profile.

1. Plain vanilla (no filtering, no FSAA).

2. Extended filtering (option 2), no FSAA - I use this most of the time.

3. No filtering, 4xFSAA

4. Extended filtering, 4xFSAA - I only use this for screenshots purposes... heh.

If you think this setting is good, wait till you see it crawl at 40fps on my machine

If you have an Athlon 1.something GHz with a GF3, this won't be a problem though... sigh... I envy you people with high end machines... heheh.

Heh. Im lucky enough to run ALL my games 1280x1024x32 with quincunx AA which is just as good as 4x.
