hey ,

so i have the same prob ,
i have tried to boot ffx pal version cuz im from germany by the way

when i start the emulator without any image or rom then i bcome the normal startscreen from ps2 till the manager for mc´s then it crashes... but i think these guys are on the right way

so go on

i use a ntsc bios from amercia the 39xxx iirc, well the problem is that the letters are messed up too, and after selecting the sphere table the game shows a nice black screen and there is no response...
