I hope you can help me guys:

at the point where you teleport form the red rose into alexandria castle and reunite with steiner after a while this happens:

your party walks into a hallway and marcus shuts a gate right? well he then leaves saying he's going to save blank.

at THIS point i regain control over my caracter en i want to walk south. the music is still playing but i get a black screen. like a screen is missing. but i tried to walk around so i'd enter the next screen in the dark but that didn't work.

it's very weird. FFIX worked like a charm on my system.

is this a common problem?

i've tried with a save state state a that point with various of gfx settings but i dont think it's a video problem.

i desperately want to go on

does anyone has an idea?

first of all i put this in the wrong section of the forum :P so admin can you please (re)move this?

second i already fixed the problem. the ISO on my hd was corrupted. when i tried my burned image on a dvd it worked. so i'm overwriting the cd2 ISO on my hd

What are your settings clouds?
Long ago Lord Kane made the perfect settings for all PSX plugins and games.
I think hushy can still give you the best settings, since he helped alot in testing many of Epsxe plugins settings for NGEmu and Kane.
Too bad Kane's domain is gone : /

all you really need to know is the "compatibility" middle section, i use 2/0/4 and that worked for me in the OGL days

I have an ATI RADEON X700 Professional (PCIE) and a AMD Athlon 64bit 3800+.
What settings should I use? I'm pretty big on graphics (So it doesn't look like crap

), and my computer can handle pretty damn heavy loads.

Heys guys, for FF9... what do u think is optimal for me to use? as far as settings go... I really have no clue how to set them. I have tried a few of yours, but the sound or something isn't right.

Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHZ
2.79 GHz, .99 GB of RAM
as for Video Card and Sound Card?? it was Dell so ur guess is good as mine
