It's not that. Don't get yourself involved in something you know nothing about.

Greetings,

It may be a bit :topicoff: but as I've seen some other posts like this on this thread I'll go ahead anyway.

Right now I'm playing most of my PSX games on 800x600, but I've seen some posts by Kane and Recca saying that 640x480 is better.

Then I'll switch to 640x480, but should I enable FSAA??

I've an Athlon XP 1800+, 256Mb RAM and a GeForce2 MX 200.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Live long and prosper.

on a GF2 MX, I wouldn't enable FSAA for a GF2MX, but I don'r remember if it would slowdown games that much its been a long time since I use a GF2MX.......It wouldn't like as good since GF2 uses super sampling FSAA

I would use 640x480 for sure. And don't bother enabling FSAA.

Greetings,

Thanks for the quick answers. Then I'll use 640x480 without enablling FSAA. I hope I don't lose much in quality not using it.

Live long and prosper.

Using 640x480 over 1024x768, the difference in quality is negligable. Well at least in Final Fantasy Tactics it isn't.
