Hi Sx, were these shots taken in D3D or OGL? They look nice and crisp

Anisotropic filtering settings have no effect on PSX games, due to the lack of a z-buffer.

Oh, and nice shots sxamiga.

Glad to see that this problem was fixed in the latest Radeon cards.

>- Subtractive blending: activated

Don't these cards still have the issue with reverse subtractive blending?

Sxamiga do you have any other games where you can show us the true power of Radeon 9700 Pro ?
Like
FF 7,8,9
Chrono Cross
Vagrant Story

I would really like to see some screens with those games using Radeon 9700 Pro

I have FF 7, 8, and 9 so I could do those, but I don't have Vagrant Story or Chrono Cross. The reason, I don't care for them. Look for some FF screenies soon. Also, check out my latest thread w/shots of Army Men 3d running on the only Emulator that will run it correctly. Xevens. :joice: :joice: :joice:

sxamiga plays Gauntlet Legends a lot, so he probably isn't cheating.

Thanks dhkim. It is nice to hear from you.
DarkAurora, thanks for the vote of confidence, but the truth is, I was cheating in those shots. The reason was so that I could take the shots with out fear of dying. But as you said, DarkAurora, I do play Gauntlet Legends a lot and I don't really need to cheat. I am quite capable of beating the game with out cheating and in fact I have beaten it. Does that make you feel better Recca? I truly hope so.
sincerely,

I was just asking really, cause you had 5800 hp so it seemed ackward. Didn't mean anything bad in it and wasn't trying to prove anything for that sake too. And when you say it like that i feel rather sad than happy
