Air Assault
I've finally gotten my hands on this game! It's a mix of "Omega Boost" and "Descent", the gfx aren't that great but the game is very good... Kinda hard but still good!
The FMVs are movie-like but it's dubbed in japanese so I can't understand what they say  The female's voice is the same as Akagi Ritsuko's (Shin Seiki Evangelion)

The original western title of this game was WarHawk, it was made by Sony of America and was one of the first titles released on the Playstation back in 1995. And no it's not related to Namco's Air Combat series.
Anyways, the Live action FMV acting is quite poor so you aren't missing much
