You listed a lot of good webcomics, but I still see a lack of some of the most classic/best ones.

six years of chocolate sprinkles

How dare you not list Something Positive (don't be misleaded by the name of the link, the name is SP)? This is one of the most awesome webcomic ever. It has been running for years now, has won/been nominated for lots of prize, and has guest-striped/been guest striped by lots of great webcomic (some of which are listed)! Shame on you!

Giant In the Playground Games

Same as SP, this is one classic! For DnD/RPG fans mostly.

Twenty Sided » DM of the Rings

DM of the Ring, a (now finished) webcomic about "what if LOTRO had been played by DnD players...". Very very funny.

Gone with the Blastwave - Going for the "Slowest updating webcomic" -award. Again.

Post-apocalyptic/never-updated webcomic, hella funny.

Kagerou - "Gaze upon my horrifying visage and fear it! Cry, pee your pants!"

Serious and very funny long-lasting webcomic/manga. Still contain gore so BEWARE.

Fear the Boot

Made from the guy of DM of the Ring (shamus) and a artist (shawn). Another very funny comic about DnD, still young but with great art and humor.

Platinum Grit

Doesnt update often since the updates are divised by "books" instead of a few pages at a time.

This is one of the best thing ever. High art quality. High humor content. Very intelligent. Definitly a must-read. (Sometime a little NSFW)

Goblins - Life through Their Eyes - Monday, December 17, 2007

Yet another classic that you guys missed. A webcomic about "what if goblins became player-character instead of being free xp for newbies?". Very funny, still gory sometime.

Snafu Comics, Updated Mondays

Funny little webcomic. Nothing much to say about it. (sorry)

Nimbus Scares Foolhardy Wizards

The name says it all. NOT SAFE FOR WORK.
If you are easily offended don't go for it. If you can appreciate the style of humour, you will love it.

Loserz: back and better than ever!

This was one of the greatest webcomic, but sadly is hasnt updated in a long time, and doesnt seem to be back. I know the artist does...hrm... "not safe for work, but safe for bedroom" webcomics for a special website.

xkcd - A webcomic of romance, sarcasm, math, and language - By Randall Munroe

Very funny webcomic. With lots of funny little ideas.

For the next webcomic, read the warning page. It's a classic but not for everyone.
Welcome to Sexy Losers

Had stopped updating for a very long time, which made a lot of people sad (and which created a lot of new webcomics who wanted to take over the empty spot it left). Started SLOWLY updating lately, but very rarely.

Those are all I remember at the moment.

My own personal list is only multiple times bigger than that, and in need or a more efficient categorization (bookmarks reached 19 megabytes in size now ) I have a slight tendency to delete bookmarks of any webcomic that doesnt deserve a place in my bookmarks, and here are listed mostly only those I consider the top of my list

Wow, noone listed Drowtales?
Great art, and good fantasy story, 5 updates a week.
They also have a paid section with more side comics for the addicted.
You can read up to 12 chapters, but perhaps you'd better read the first 4 and wait while they are remaking chapters 5 till 9.
The remakes have much better arts and story got a bit changed, they already did a remake of chapters 1,2,3 and 4. Ofcourse the drawings keep getting better, so 3 and 4 are just marvelous.
You can still find the old chapters on the site if you want to compare.

Another great webcomic I don't see listed yet is Alien Dice. A siencefiction/fantasy story with a love story developing alongside.

And for people who love some old oriental story: NNFB! (No Need For Bushido)

And a webcomic making gags about MMO's or daily life (dwarfs ftw) The Brasse.
Also has some useful information for MMO players.

Penny-Arcade, VGCats (the odd time it's actually updates), explosm, and XKCD are all pimp.

ctrl+alt+del spectacularly fails at funny and Tim Buckly is a douche.

someone just mentioned Silent Hill in a thread, I guess I'll drop in this nice webcomic poking fun at the Silent Hill universe (SH4 principally). 1st link is for the latest issue, second for the archive.

Silent Hill: The Room - THIS WEEK'S COMIC!
Silent Hill: The Room - ARCHIVES!

Why not update the first post with all of these?
Also, I felt like I should add something myself, so...

Droop
It's quite funny. Seems to have more than one plot in it, though I've yet to read it fully.

Awkward Zombie
A webcomic made by a girl? There are some, but they are not THAT common. Either way, it has no plot, so it's easy to get a good laugh with it. 90% of the time, it comics are about games(most notably, Nintendo-related games). Recommended(and yes, that's supposed to be a girl O_o).

San: Three Kingdoms Comic
Any fan of Dynasty Warriors, Romance of the Three Kingdoms or the novel where those two come from(named Romance of the Three Kingdoms as well) will love this. Mainly centers around the way things are seen in Dynasty Warriors. Hilarious(at some points, at least). Also, it's available in a good number of languages. Namely, English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean(even though only the English and Chinese comics are up to date).

Thanks.
Also, of note...
Droop has been giving error 403(Forbidden) at random lately. But it still works. Randomly.

That Awkward zombie webcomic grows on you...at first I only planned to check it out and then move on as it did not look or sound good, but then I found myself reading a few more pages, and a few more, and then I found myself spending like an hour on there. That chick has skillz.

What a great initiative, Hard core Rikki.

Some of my all-time favorites which haven't been mentioned yet but I fully recommend, are these:

Sam and Fuzzy
- Story-line, both funny and serious, about a guy and a little sadistic 'bear'. (possibly influenced by Max from Sam and Max) It also features a handy page for new readers, and a wonderful archive categorizing in volumes or characters, or whatever.

Bigger Than Cheeses - Funny. There's not much to be said other than it being extremely retarded and random --in the good way-- as shown here, here (guest) and here. By the way, he hates Batman.

Three Panel Soul - Funny. The newest project from the gents behind Mac Hall.

Beaver and Steve - Funny, sometimes story-line. There are no words to describe its awesomeness. Or as Santa Claws says: GRAAAAA! This story line is an excellent example of what to expect of B & S: 1, 2, 3, 4, epilogue.
