Of course, and here and there are very cool fighting/posing szenes. hence, it is not surprising because On Piece is A.Toriyama-inspirational and he's the godfather of coolness

I have to say that Eiichiro Oda, the author of OP got it to assume this Toriyama-typically-"lets watch the blue sky"-feeling in his style. Did anybody got what I mean ...?
