Your desktops are quite strange Kaizen, they go from awesome to a rather underwhelming DIY and then to awesome and back to the DIY and so on and so forth.

Glaring white....ouch...a little too basic at least change the colour to dark blue or something.

Also those folders don't look like shortcuts....and your Desktop is definitely not a reliable place to store anything....

Gah fine ill change it sometime if i ever get round to it.
Nope most arent shortcuts lol, and i like to keep it white so i spend as little time as possible customising and looking at my desktop of corse it also saves a tiny tiny bit of ram lol but that is no excuse and also i keep it white because it allows a certain trick with vlc to get it to display a video within a certain program, and yes it isnt a reliable place to store anything.

Damn your lucky i wish i could stop my wallpaper searching frenzy (or be able to say beah i'm to lazy to search), dont know why once i start i keep downloading wallpapers for hours (like now i'm spending time on ngemu and downloading walls & scans from other sites)
