Who cares anyway?

I was about to post my tiny desktop, but I just realized there haven't been any changes from the last one I posted

heres mine, its nothing special, the backgrounds rotates between some 20 pictures or so. the little menu slides up to the top and hides there when im not using it, other than that its quite ordinary, i run at 1024*768 so its a bit blurry but you can still make it out, its like 116k as a gif, rock on.

note the menu has the my computer etc stuff on the top, then on the bottom is the task bar thingy

I think, that with the new forums with the preview option, we could probs do away with the 800x600 restriction. Whaddaya think?

Just stick with the resolution as it is. Dont want too much room being taken up.

Just the bandwidth... but that is really a moot point since you can still make a 200KB 800x600 image.

True, but an 800x600 image is less likely to be 200k. Futhermore, from what I understand from a brif chat I had with Bobbi, bandwidth isn't an issue (that said, the ruckus surrounding v2 may have changed that)

So 1024x768 is kinda allowed ? thats nice . you could see more things in that res .

Here's my new desktop , with the new amazing Visual Style i found at deviantart , Called DragonStyle :

Edit: 1024x768 , at 80 quality which is quite alot and its only 54k . Acceptable ?
