IIRC there's a free patcher that does it .
but you'd rather be installing StyleXP (Recommanded) / Windowblinds if you're in Windows XP .

Windows 2000/NT/ME/9X would have to wait for Version 4 of windowblinds for that . or change shells ..

No, Windowblinds works in 2k, just not in 9x/ME

mm..it's hard to make one

There is windowblinds for all Windows OS's IIRC .

Just some older systems like ME/9X have less options and less parts of the system skinned .
