Yes, yes, I know Valcrist that on Mac it's common

Well during the golden Amiga times I had the options bar in the top as well, but I've been using Windows and KDE/Gnome on Linux for so long that I got used to it and that way is the most comfortable for me now

Uh....both the newer versions of gnome/kde for me at least have default been on top.

EDIT: Btw just to clear things up, thats my windows desktop my Mac one is much nicer, I just don't feel like getting it outa my pack right now :-p.

I was watching a bit of Gundam SEED and found some inspiration so I decided to do these animated wallpapers based on the gundam bootup screens to go with Windows Vista (maybe as a custom boot screen rather than the welcome)

Originally I wanted to make the text
Viruses
Infections
Spyware
Trojans
Adware

but it seemed to be alot harder than AERO which happens to be what M$ is calling thire GUI or shell
The 1024x786 version didn't fit well with my monitor which was 1280x1024 so I made a bigger one

New desktop. as usual, minimalist.

I haven't updated my theme as of yet (NanoDark), though I intend to soon, but thusfar, new icons, and wallpaper.

For Icons go here.

I just patched my UXtheme.dll so I can download and use custom styles. Tweak UI removes 'shortcut arrows', and I use alt+0160 to name my shortcuts to 'nothing'. Small reg hack lets me rename the recycle bin to anyhing, and voila

Never used Icon Packager, so frankly no idea, they are simply a plain set of icons supporting up to 128x128.
